What is your return policy?
We understand and appreciate that when you are purchasing our products, you are making an investment. For this reason, we have created what we hope is a return policy that strikes the right balance between flexible and sensible.
To return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will email you a return label to print out and use.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please email customer service as soon as possible at email@example.com or call us at (843) 825-1412 in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.
Items that qualify for our 30-day return policy:
The unused skincare, body care, lip or hair care within 30 days of purchase.
The used skincare, body care, lip or hair care for which we do not offer samples providing it's within the 30 days and less than 50% has been used.
Items that are not returnable/refundable:

Sale or Clearance items
If you chose to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a reduction in the refund amount. If returning an item that qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, please return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund.
For all returns we receive that exceed the 30-day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at our discretion. For that reason, we strongly encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product for a refund, to make sure you are eligible. All Clearance Item sales are final. Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at (843) 825-1412. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged package. Please also file a claim with USPS as they handle the damage.

Please always test products and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We have not tested our products and/or regulated by the FDA or similar bodies. We are not liable for any individual reaction. We advise you to read ingredients for triggers.
I put the wrong address on my order, how do I fix it?
You have 24 hours to fix the address on your package. Email email@example.com with your order number as the subject line. And put the new address where you want your package shipped. If it is after 24 hours, you will have to pay the address change fee.
How should I contact Beauty Natural?
You can email us with any concerns or questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is pertaining to an order, please email us with your order number in the subject line and your inquiry into the body of the email. We do not respond to DMs about orders. Please do not contact Beauty Natural through DMs about your orders.
How long does it take to receive my samples?
Samples orders are mailed on Fullifillment Days (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) and will take 3 to 5 days to reach you.
My package is missing?
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for what happens. If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact USPS to file a claim.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders have a 3-5 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), processing window, or noted otherwise. All our orders are handmade by our Beauty Natural Specialist. We have a small team that does everything in-house.
I received my package, but my items are damaged. What do I do?
Please email email@example.com immediately. As long as we have proof of damage, we will gladly send a replacement product free of charge.
It says that my package was returned, what do I do next?
If your package gets returned to Beauty Natural, there are 2 solutions.
1. We can refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost).
2. We can reship your package for the cost of shipping.
If your package returns to us, we will contact you immediately.
